Session description :
The projects of the KI Familie address fundamental issues of AI applications with joined-up cutting-edge expertise from science and industry. In four projects, 80 partners have risen to the challenge of developing methods to verify and safeguard AI applications and thus assure high reliability, as well as processes to integrate knowledge into the training and safeguarding of AI functions. Further innovations in the projects include a concept of systematic data generation for training, test, validation and verification of AI functions and procedures to scale AI for new environments and to provide continuous learning. The presentations of the projects of the KI Familie are complemented by a Canadian start-up that is developing novel AI based solutions for camera based environment perception.
About the ITS World Congress
11. – 15. Oktober 2021:
The ITS Congress is the biggest event focused on smart mobility and the digitalisation of transport. Every year, ERTICO organises an ITS regional or World Congress in Europe. The Congresses are the yearly celebration of smart mobility: they underline the importance of Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS), particularly in cities and regions where they are hosted, and are important channels to raise awareness of smart mobility solutions among policy makers, experts and the general public. They include live sessions where industry experts present the latest developments in ITS, a showcase of cutting-edge technology and an exhibition space.
The Congresses offer stakeholders and patrons the ultimate platform to meet with industry influencers, discuss ideas and initiatives, make new contacts and promote their businesses by taking part in a range of activities.
